• You understand their goals, pain points, and current status quo.
• You analyze each prospect's organic growth channel (SEO/AI Search) and identify concrete opportunities.
• You translate our service portfolio into a strategy tailored to the prospect.
• You present this strategy in the strategy call (demo), ensuring the prospect receives real value.
• You own your sales cycle end-to-end, from qualification to contract closing.
• You maintain your pipeline with discipline and forecast accuracy in HubSpot.
• You proactively identify opportunities and drive deals forward.
• You support marketing initiatives to ensure a stable, qualified pipeline.
• You work closely with the Head of Growth and CEO and actively contribute to improving our sales processes.

• You have a deep understanding of our clients’ target audiences—their pain points, search intent, and customer journeys—and translate these insights into measurable growth strategies
• You collaborate closely with Sales and Product teams to develop content that not only ranks but generates qualified leads and fills the pipeline
• You identify topics and niche opportunities for editorial calendars that others overlook—not only through in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis, but also through customer insights such as sales recordings, reviews, product demos, etc.
• You handle direct communication with our clients—leading strategic discussions and advising on content and SEO initiatives
• You design and optimize lead magnets that provide real value and drive conversions
• You are both a content strategist and creator—you don’t just write, you think in systems and processes
• You use ChatGPT, SurferSEO and Claude to create content
• You refine existing copy so that both users and Google love it
• You publish content in various content management systems (Webflow, WordPress, etc.)
