You are the strategic mind and performance driver within our Content and SEO team
You have a deep understanding of our clients’ target audiences—their pain points, search intent, and customer journeys—and translate these insights into measurable growth strategies
You collaborate closely with Sales and Product teams to develop content that not only ranks but generates qualified leads and fills the pipeline
You identify topics and niche opportunities for editorial calendars that others overlook—not only through in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis, but also through customer insights such as sales recordings, reviews, product demos, etc.
You handle direct communication with our clients—leading strategic discussions and advising on content and SEO initiatives
You design and optimize lead magnets that provide real value and drive conversions
You are both a content strategist and creator—you don’t just write, you think in systems and processes
You use ChatGPT, SurferSEO and Claude to create content
You refine existing copy so that both users and Google love it
You publish content in various content management systems (Webflow, WordPress, etc.)

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in SEO, Content Marketing, or Growth Marketing with proven results
You think in metrics: traffic alone is not enough—you want to see qualified leads, pipeline impact, and revenue
Strategic mindset: you see the big picture while also being able to work in detail
You are passionate about high-quality content for diverse target audiences
You have a good understanding of relevant tools, such as Semrush or Google Search Console, or others
Ideally, you have experience with ChatGPT, Claude, or SurferSEO
You are fluent in German and English and are confident communicating in both languages, including in writing
