- Lead and develop strategic partnerships with key customers

Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in revenue cycle management, with a significant portion in leadership (Manager or above)
- Experience with E2E operations (patient access, coding, and AR)
- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to lead large teams and manage department budgets
- Strong and broad understanding of Revenue Cycle Operations within a hospital setting
- Strategic vision and operational excellence across end-to-end solutions
- Experience working with outsourced partners or vendors for back-office functions
