About the role
- Own the creative strategy for ONE/SIZE’s paid social and digital ads, developing ideas that blend storytelling with performance.
- Concept and script ad formats including UGC, creator-driven, motion graphics, product demos, and campaign cutdowns.
- Translate campaign objectives into briefs for internal teams, creators, and agency partners.
- Guide ad production from ideation through delivery, ensuring assets are optimized for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Repurpose hero content and product launches into high-performing performance assets.
- Partner with Growth and Data to analyze ad results, identify winning creative, and rapidly iterate.
- Build testing frameworks to continuously optimize creative across audiences, placements, and markets.
- Stay on top of platform trends, competitor activity, and cultural shifts to keep ONE/SIZE creative relevant and fresh.
- Collaborate with all teams cross-functionally and report directly to Vice President of Digital & Ecommerce.
- Follow a hybrid schedule requiring occasional in-person work at Culver City, CA 90230 and work in PST hours.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in performance creative strategy, preferably in beauty, lifestyle, or fashion DTC
- Hands-on experience concepting and producing ads for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms
- Clear understanding of creative KPIs and how to interpret performance data
- Strong storytelling instincts with an eye for what works in a fast-scroll, mobile-first environment
- Experience working with creators and influencer content to develop high-performing paid ads
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate creative strategies and learnings
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Capcut, Premiere, or AI creative tools proficiency a plus
