About the role
- Design visual assets for funnels, landing pages, ads, and internal marketing projects
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across multiple affiliated brands
- Collaborate with team members to brainstorm, iterate, and improve design performance
- Monitor competitor funnels for inspiration and maintain a swipe file of references
- Own light front-end tech tasks (responsive layouts, HTML/CSS tweaks)
- Contribute to the broader marketing strategy with creative insights
- Ensure Monday.com project cabinets are consistently organized
- Report project progress weekly and present monthly funnel inspiration reviews
- Deliver quick-turnaround design assets to keep campaigns moving
- Report to CEO/Owner and work closely with marketing, tech, and executive teams
Requirements
- Available to work 9 am – 5 pm U.S. EST
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)
- 2+ years of digital marketing design experience
- Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, etc.
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
- Experience designing for web, email, and social media campaigns
- Ability to adapt designs for different brand voices and client audiences
- Familiarity with conversion-focused design principles
- Skilled in basic HTML/CSS for design responsiveness and tweaks, motion graphics, and video editing
- Thrives in fast-paced environments and embraces performance-driven design
- Proactive, dependable, and takes full ownership of responsibilities
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Balances speed with precision and consistently follows through
- Clear communicator and effective team collaborator
- Experienced in performance-based marketing design
- Up-to-date on current design trends and best practices
- Equipped with a distraction-free home setup and reliable internet
