- Review and analyze suspicious orders to determine potential fraud
- Conduct research and investigations on customer accounts

Requirements
- Proficient in English
- Bachelor's Degree or currently pursuing studies
- Effective decision-maker with the ability to work independently
- Highly detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
- Skilled in recognizing fraud trends and making reasoned decisions
- Strong skills in MS Office, especially Excel
- Clear and concise written communication for clear account documentation
- 1+ years of experience in Fraud/Risk/AML/KYC fields
- Positive attitude and understanding of QVC's culture
