About the role
- Serve as a trusted advisor to all levels of management in dedicated functional areas
- Provide front-line manager coaching & thought partnership on topics ranging from performance management to employee development
- Identify opportunities for, develop, and implement learning and development initiatives with a focus on manager skill development
- Support HR processes such as performance management cycle, employee relations, employee engagement, and other HR programs
Requirements
- Availability for meetings and impromptu communication during Quora's “coordination hours" (Mon-Fri: 9am-3pm Pacific Time)
- 4+ years of relevant, professional experience working with technical talent
- 2+ years in an HRBP role or equivalent
- 1+ year of experience driving learning and development initiatives
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline
- Preferred: Startup experience
