Business Development Rep

• As Business Development Executive (BDE) Switzerland, you are the commercial owner of the entire sales process through to contract signature
• You are responsible for qualifying, developing and closing strategically relevant opportunities in the Swiss healthcare market, with a focus on hospitals and long-term care institutions
• Actively manage the entire sales cycle, including forecasting and CRM maintenance
• Conduct commercial qualifications (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline — BANT)
• Lead contract, pricing and terms negotiations
• Stakeholder management at C-level and with procurement organizations
• Collaborate with Account Management, Customer Success, Marketing and Product teams
• Ensure a structured handover to the Account Director and delivery teams
• Represent the company at relevant professional conferences and help plan and coordinate customer events
• Responsible for achieving defined quarterly and annual targets

• Strategische Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender (Schlüssel-)kunden im Schweizer Gesundheitsmarkt
• Entwicklung und Umsetzung mehrjähriger Account- und Success-Pläne
• Auf- und Ausbau von Beziehungen zu wirtschaftlichen und klinischen Entscheider:innen auf C-Level
• Identifikation und Realisierung von Upsell-, Cross-Sell- und Expansion-Potenzialen (Abteilungen, Standorte, Regionen)
• Planung und Durchführung strukturierter, wertbasierter Business Reviews
• Verantwortung für Vertragsverlängerungen, kommerzielle Expansionen und Preisverhandlungen
• Steigerung des Annual Contract Value unter Wahrung von Pricing- und Margenintegrität
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Customer Success, Clinical Product Delivery und Business Development
• Frühzeitige Identifikation von Risiken und Entwicklung geeigneter Mitigationsstrategien
• Teilnahme an relevanten Fachkongressen sowie Mitgestaltung und Koordination von Kundenveranstaltungen
• Verantwortung für die Erreichung der definierten Quartals- und Jahresziele
