About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for the long-term commercial success of our strategic existing customers
  • Strategic management and development of existing (key) accounts in the Swiss healthcare market
  • Development and implementation of multi-year account and success plans
  • Building and expanding relationships with economic and clinical decision-makers at C-level
  • Identification and realization of upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities (departments, sites, regions)
  • Planning and conducting structured, value-based business reviews
  • Responsible for contract renewals, commercial expansions and price negotiations
  • Increasing Annual Contract Value while maintaining pricing and margin integrity
  • Close collaboration with Customer Success, Clinical Product Delivery and Business Development
  • Early identification of risks and development of appropriate mitigation strategies

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 5 years of experience in enterprise account management (B2B), ideally in MedTech, SaaS or healthcare
  • Proven track record in expanding existing customers (upsell, cross-sell, multi-site rollouts)
  • Strong understanding of the Swiss healthcare market with a focus on hospitals and long-term care institutions
  • Demonstrated ability to manage executive stakeholders (e.g., CFO, COO, hospital management)
  • Experience leading complex contract renewal and negotiation processes
  • Strong strategic thinking and pronounced numerical/ROI understanding
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Clinical and CSM teams
  • Hands-on mentality and willingness to take ownership
  • Excellent German and English skills; French is a plus
  • High willingness to travel within Switzerland
