• Own Quindar’s growth strategy and revenue outcomes across government and strategic commercial markets.
• Build predictable pipeline generation and execution systems for long-cycle government and enterprise deals.

• Bring and deepen relationships across DoD, IC, Space Force, SDA, NRO ecosystem, primes, and integrators.
• Serve as a front-line executive presence with senior mission owners and acquisition stakeholders.
• Open new teaming partnerships and strategic channels that accelerate adoption.
• Lead complex deal strategy, pricing, packaging, and contracting across FAR/OTA/subcontracting pathways.
• Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering to win technically complex mission-critical deals.

• Partner with Marketing to deploy demand generation, thought leadership, and account-based air cover in support of BD and capture.

Vice President of Growth – Strategic Partnerships

Operations

• Own execution of customer programs across commercial and government missions.
• Ensure delivery of program milestones, mission deployments, and operational readiness.
• Serve as the executive owner responsible for successful program delivery.
• Coordinate directly with government and commercial stakeholders to ensure mission success.
• Establish repeatable processes for integrating the Quindar platform into customer mission environments.
• Lead operational planning for new satellite missions and customer integrations.
• Reduce time required to onboard new missions onto the Quindar platform.
• Ensure integrations meet reliability, security, and operational requirements.
• Build and lead a program management organization responsible for coordinating delivery across engineering, product, and customer stakeholders.
• Implement structured program reviews, execution tracking, and delivery reporting.
• Drive cross-team accountability to ensure programs execute on schedule.
• Develop operational processes for deploying Quindar across multiple customer environments.

Vice President of Programs – Operations

Platform Engineer

• Architect, automate, test, deploy, and maintain a well-designed and highly available software infrastructure deployed in Kubernetes within cloud or on-premises environments.
• Implement practices to enable DevSecOps with a focus on security and compliance for SOC2, NIST 800-171, and FedRAMP Medium controls.
• You will own the Kubernetes deployment strategy and work with the software development team to ensure a successful architecture and software product.
• You will help develop secure ingress and egress to customer and vendor data centers in a multi and single-tenant environment.
• Provide best practices for availability, latency, and performance of services.
• Spend time working directly with Quindar’s customers to ensure successful architecture deployment to both cloud environments and offline or secure facilities while ensuring alignment to a clean infrastructure vision.
• Be a part of the engineering team of frontend and backend engineers working in an Agile Scrum environment.

• Design, automate, deploy, and operate highly reliable cloud systems supporting mission-critical workloads for U.S. Government customers.
• Ensure systems are observable, fault-tolerant, and require minimal manual intervention.
• Drive consistency, reliability, and performance across all environments.
• Help define and implement best practices for availability, latency, incident response, and service-level objectives (SLOs).
