About the role
- Source leads through CRM, Apollo and LinkedIn Navigator
- Partner with research agents to enrich and validate lead data
- Research target accounts and decision makers to ensure high-quality outreach
- Phone outreach and the drafting / sending of personalized email directly from CRM
- Qualify and score leads before hand-off to Account Executives
- Log activities and maintain accurate records in the CRM
- Collaborate with Marketing to refine ICPs, messaging, and playbooks
- Provide regular feedback from the field to improve campaigns and collateral
- Report on outreach volume, engagement, and conversions
- Coordinate team selling efforts for active sales opportunities
Requirements
- 3-4 years in a quota driven sales, business development, or client-facing role (internships included)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- US Based Only and Authorized to work in the US without restriction or sponsorship
- Comfort with SaaS tools (CRM, outreach platforms, LinkedIn Navigator)
- Ability to research and synthesize information quickly
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
