• Design, simulate, and develop custom RF circuits and SDR hardware, including complete RF signal chains (LNAs, PAs, mixers, filters, oscillators, ADC/DAC, antennas).
• Perform RF modeling, link budgets, and system-level performance analysis using industry-standard simulation tools.
• Design and optimize high-frequency, multi-layer PCBs ensuring signal integrity, impedance control, EMI/EMC compliance, and thermal performance.

• This position plays a key role in maintaining accurate and compliant HR documentation; preparing reports and dashboards to inform decision-making; supporting open enrollment and benefits-related processes; and ensuring HR resources and communications are clear, accessible, and up to date.
• The HR Generalist also contributes to the review and maintenance of position descriptions, assists in evaluating classification requests, and supports the consistent application of regulatory requirements.
• In addition, the role provides broad support for HR projects by helping gather information, build workflows, document SOPs, coordinate logistics, and prepare communications and guidance.
