About the role
- Manage full life-cycle sales within a greenfield territory of enterprise accounts
- Establish trust and credibility with stakeholders including Product Managers, Business Analysts, CX Insights Leaders, DevOps teams and technology partners
- Learn and execute the company's sales process and collaborate with Sales Engineering, Sales Leadership, Marketing, Alliances, Post-Sales
- Create, execute and tune your business plan as the GM of your territory
- Beat quota while using tools and systems to track leading indicators for forecast
- Qualify and help solve customer pain points by educating decision makers about Quantum Metric’s value proposition
- Work closely with partners to create mutual action plans, generate pipeline and drive opportunities through closure to referencability
- Ramp quickly through outstanding onboarding and invest time in continuous education via online learning and certification courses
Requirements
- Experience beating quota and motivated by uncapped earning potential
- Prior experience in a full-cycle software sales role in enterprise SaaS
- Ability to build credibility selling to LOB leaders (President, CDO, VP eCom, etc.), Product Management and CX Insights & Analytics leaders
- Courage and creativity in solving problems, building pipeline and closing sales
- Eager to be coached and share success/failure stories with peers
- Passion, persistence and integrity
- Experience generating new relationships with executives in Fortune 1000 companies
- Organized and systematic approach to sales process, including research, meeting prep, in-between event selling, territory management and account planning
- Demonstrated understanding of enterprise software and related technology, people and processes
- Ability to thrive in a startup environment and handle change
- Thoughtful, professional, organized, concise, accountable, with excellent communication and high emotional IQ
- Compensation expectation: Base $120,000-150,000 (OTE is double base, commissions are uncapped)
