Break complexity into momentum: ship value every sprint. Lead agile rituals with conviction: OKRs, roadmap, refinements, planning, retros, stakeholder demos, sprint reviews, and release notes with impact.
Develop, lead, and implement initiatives such as company-wide go-to-market plans. Ensure timely delivery of projects in collaboration with other departments and functions.
Work collaboratively with business stakeholders, assisting and troubleshooting to ensure that products are customer-centric, competitive, business viable, and marketable.
Collaborate with engineers, designers, data analysts, and other colleagues, sharing knowledge on product developments and issues, to discuss and implement effective solutions for the team.
Perform A/B, multi-variant testing working with product analysts and data scientists to validate and iterate product increments that demonstrate customer and business value.
Gather and use quantitative and qualitative data, creating hypotheses and making informed product decisions, and test assumptions early to reduce risk up-front. Conducting/facilitating market and competitor research with adjacent functions (e.g., design, ops, customer service, etc.)
Drive continuous product discovery and leverage discovery techniques to validate hypotheses with minimal time, cost, and de-risk the highest-risk assumptions.
Own SEO, AEO, and ASO Strategy: Identify and prioritize growth opportunities through Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Agent Engine Optimization (AEO), and App Store Optimization (ASO), Digital Marketing, or other growth hacks, ensuring our products are discoverable across all channels.
Drive and accelerate merchant acquisition and activation/re-activation: Optimize merchant landing pages, lead funnels, onboarding journeys, and activation triggers through experiments, data insights, and automation.
Leverage and build marketing technology by collaborating with Data, Customer Service, Operations, and Marketing teams to optimize performance using marketing automation tools and platform infrastructure.
Requirements
BSc or MSc degree (or equivalent) and a bonus if within a technical or business-related field.
Minimum of 3 years of prior experience working in a PM role (bonus if within the logistics, e-commerce, mobility, or geo-mapping industries).
Previous experience in conceptualizing B2B2C product solutions and engaging with business stakeholders on monetization/revenue generation KPIs.
Hands-on experience in SEO, AEO, ASO, and digital marketing technologies.
Experience working on web and mobile-first experiences with Web, Backend, Android, and/or iOS engineers.
Experience with Lean and Agile methodologies and processes (e.g., sprints, kanban, etc.)
Data-driven and impact-oriented; comfortable in analysing, reporting, and efficiently formulating insights from quantitative and qualitative data/insights.
Knowledge of design thinking methodologies to create outstanding user experiences with the help of UX or product designers.
