About the role
- Lead and coordinate all supply chain activities including planning, procurement, production logistics, warehousing, and distribution.
- Manage warehouse processes: receiving, storage, inventory accuracy, and order fulfillment, ensuring compliance with handling standards.
- Coordinate with production and planning teams to ensure materials availability and efficient production flow.
- Oversee outbound logistics to ensure on-time and cost-effective delivery to customers, contract manufacturers, and distributors.
- Optimize inventory levels of raw materials, components, and finished goods across sites to minimize excess and shortages.
- Lead demand and supply planning processes and participate in S&OP meetings; align with sales, operations, and finance.
- Collaborate with suppliers, contract manufacturers, and logistics providers to improve service levels, cost, and performance.
- Define and track KPIs across supply chain and warehouse operations and drive continuous improvement using lean and data-driven approaches.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the supply chain and warehouse teams to ensure high performance and collaboration.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field.
- Master’s degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in supply chain and warehouse management within a technology company or high-tech industry.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and logistics flows.
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Priority) and supply chain analytics tools.
- Experience working with contract manufacturers (CMs) and managing global logistics.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hebrew.
- Proven leadership experience and ability to manage cross-functional teams.
