About the role
- Conduct instructor platform training and certification
- Create customized training materials for different university systems
- Facilitate webinars and one-on-one training sessions
- Manage pre-semester preparation workflows
- Setup and test LMS integrations (Canvas, Blackboard, Moodle)
- Coordinate supply store/bookstore integrations
- Facilitate IT approvals and maintain documentation
- Upload student rosters and manage access
- Configure and customize courses per instructor needs
- Deploy and configure student surveys
- Monitor platform performance during active semesters
- Collect end-of-semester data and produce reports
- Provide first-line technical support for instructors and students
- Create and maintain support center articles and troubleshooting guides
- Develop process documentation and best practices
- Collaborate with senior leaders on customer health and revenue growth
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education Technology, IT, or related field
- 2+ years customer-facing technical support experience
- Strong understanding of LMS platforms and university IT systems
- Excellent training and communication skills
- Experience with educational technology implementations
- Preferred: Previous EdTech or higher education experience
- Preferred: Project management experience
- Preferred: Technical writing capabilities
- Preferred: Familiarity with data analytics platforms
