About the role

  • Build long-term relationships with existing clients to retain and grow them
  • Acquire new clients end-to-end: prospecting to closing and meeting targets
  • Increase revenue and retention via upselling and cross-selling
  • Demonstrate and deliver product ROI to help clients grow their business
  • Identify growth opportunities within account segments
  • Resolve client complaints, requests, and inquiries within SLAs
  • Align with internal cross-functional partners (Customer Success, Product, Marketing) with frontline insights to design go-to-market strategies
  • Perform other job-related tasks as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a relevant major
  • Proven experience of 3-6 years in business development or sales, preferably in the E-Learning industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to present technical ideas for non-technical audiences
  • Able to prioritize and perform effectively in a highly dynamic work environment
  • Excellent command of the English Language (both written and spoken)
  • Experience in customer support is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Experience with CRM is preferred (HubSpot preferred)
  • Ed-tech industry background is preferred
