Lead the design and development of instructional materials, including e-learning modules, ILT, blended learning, videos, simulations, assessments, and multimedia elements
Apply advanced instructional design theories, adult learning principles, and industry best practices to develop effective learning experiences
Partner with SMEs to analyze learning needs and ensure alignment with business objectives
Establish standards and templates for learning deliverables to ensure consistency and quality
Manage end-to-end instructional design projects within scope, budget, and timelines
Collaborate with Professional Services, Customer Success, Engineering, and HR to support organizational strategies
Integrate AI tools to enhance efficiency, personalization, and learner engagement
Conduct QA reviews for accuracy and instructional integrity
Evaluate learning programs using metrics and feedback; implement continuous improvements
Research and apply emerging learning technologies and methodologies
Maintain content within LMS and other platforms for global usability
Provide informal mentorship and foster a collaborative learning culture
Perform other duties as required
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field
3+ years of experience in instructional design across multiple modalities
Proficiency with Articulate 360, Camtasia, and Vyond
Proficiency in leveraging AI tools for learning design and development
Travel: 0 – 25%
Experience in SaaS/technology environment (Professional Services, Customer Success, or Engineering)
Certifications in instructional design, e-learning development, or related areas
Strong project management, stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills
Knowledge of instructional design models, adult learning theories, and training evaluation methods
Ability to translate complex topics into engaging learning experiences
Familiarity with LMS and multimedia editing tools
