About the role

  • The Learning Experience Designer will lead the design, development, and delivery of impactful learning initiatives to support Docebo’s growth and enhance employee and customer knowledge of our products.
  • This role combines expertise in adult learning principles and instructional design with the ability to create digital, blended, and face-to-face training programs.
  • You will partner with internal stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to assess needs, design tailored solutions, and deliver innovative learning experiences that support onboarding, skill development, and product mastery.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a corporate learning role, including delivering face-to-face and virtual training sessions
  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of instructional design models and adult learning principles
  • Proficiency with e-learning standards such as SCORM and xAPI
  • Experience with web-based learning, virtual learning platforms, and mobile learning solutions
  • Familiarity with learning development tools (e.g., Articulate, Adobe Captivate, or similar)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to design and deliver training programs that achieve measurable outcomes
