• Build and lead Quandela’s enterprise marketing engine in a non-mature, emerging deep-tech market
• Structure and scale our enterprise lead generation strategy
• Design and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns
• Own marketing contribution to pipeline
• Build and grow the marketing organization progressively
• Define and execute a global enterprise lead generation strategy
• Structure and deploy ABM campaigns targeting prioritized accounts
• Map and tier strategic accounts (Tier 1 / Tier 2)
• Design multi-touch nurturing strategies across channels (email, LinkedIn, events, thought leadership)

• Drive the growth of Quandela’s offers sales across high-performance computing (HPC) centers, cloud infrastructure providers, enterprise clients, and research institutions.
• Identify and penetrate new HPC accounts across Europe (national centers, EuroHPC sites, research supercomputers).
• Proactively originate opportunities — not just respond to inbound demand.
• Engage early in infrastructure planning cycles to influence future procurement decisions.
• Own the full sales cycle from cold approach to contract signature.
• Lead high-value RFP responses and competitive tenders.
• Evangelize the integration of photonic QPUs within hybrid HPC environments.
• Develop trusted relationships with HPC center directors, CTOs and infrastructure leads, scientific computing heads, and government stakeholders.

Product Marketing

• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, structured, and accurate documentation, including:
• Product and solution pages (website)
• Technical product descriptions and datasheets
• Sales and customer-facing materials
• FAQs, use cases, and application notes
• Adapt the level of technical depth depending on the target audience (engineers, decision-makers, partners, customers)
• Create and update product marketing assets: web copy inputs, slide content, case studies, solution briefs, demos narratives.
• Support events, webinars, and partner initiatives with the right product story and materials.
• Collect and structure technical input from multiple stakeholders
• Proactively identify missing content, unclear messaging, or documentation gaps
