About the role
- Lead strategic finance & operational initiatives that inform decision-making and elevate company performance
- Partner with GTM, product, and operations leaders to identify and execute opportunities that drive growth and efficiency
- Own and evolve G&A or key operational systems & processes that will help us scale, such as procurement and vendor management processes, ensuring rigor across finance, legal, IT, and InfoSec
- Drive cross-functional initiatives that strengthen scalability and operational discipline across the company
- Build models, frameworks, and processes that translate data into actionable insight and strategic clarity
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, shaping financial strategy and supporting operational execution
- Partner closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to uncover growth opportunities and ensure operational readiness for expansion
Requirements
- 5–8 years of progressive experience in strategic finance, corporate finance, or consulting/operations, ideally within a top B2B SaaS, AI or technology company. Prior experience at a top-tier investment bank, management consulting firm (MBB), or venture capital/private equity is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of turning complex data into clear, actionable insights
- Must have advanced financial modeling alongside top tier Excel/Google Sheet skills; fluency in planning/analytics tools (experience with Pigment, Anaplan, Adaptive, Planful, or similar) is a plus
- A strategic mindset paired with a bias for action—comfortable operating from high-level frameworks down to execution in the details
- Growth-stage agility: proactive, adaptable, and energized by building in a fast-moving environment
- Bachelor’s degree from a top tier university is required
