About the role
- Advise finance professionals from middle management through the C-suite on Datarails platform usage
- Customize customers' Datarails platform and train them on product updates
- Understand current client situations, helping simplify models and existing data
- Create detailed business analyses outlining problems, opportunities and solutions (budgeting, forecasting, planning, monitoring, financial modeling, standard reporting)
- Manage, interpret, and validate customer-produced data and improve quality of customer care
- Provide recommendations for process changes to optimize procedures and outcomes
- Build long term strategic relationships with customers, gather requirements, and follow through with financial reporting support
- Support upselling and renewal conversations
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in customer success, consulting, or similar customer-facing role
- Finance or accounting background
- Deep knowledge and solid experience in advanced Excel functions (formulas, Vlookup, Pivot Table, Power Query and complex models)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills; ability to engage with CFOs, VPs and Directors of Finance
- Comfortable with upselling and renewal conversations
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Must be located in the United States or Canada
- No sponsorship or relocation assistance available
