About the role
- Lead or actively participate in end-to-end assessments for cross-functional initiatives, including data gathering, analysis, recommendations, and implementation planning and coordination.
- Lead process improvement initiatives and provide project management support in critical areas of QTS.
- Coordinate and drive successful change management efforts across diverse business functions.
- Form and manage cross-functional project teams to achieve objectives.
- Utilize AI prompting and industry-leading performance-enhancing applications to drive project outcomes and operational efficiency.
- Analyze the operational and financial impacts of proposed solutions to make impactful recommendations.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the data center industry, QTS product offerings, and QTS operating model through immersive rotational experiences.
- Balance assigned/directed tasks with self-identified project opportunities.
- Regularly present findings to various levels of QTS leadership.
- Travel between corporate and team hubs up to 25%.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Four or more years of professional experience or two or more years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy is strongly preferred.
- Advanced degree (technical Master’s degree or MBA) would be great.
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field, Finance, or Economics is desirable.
- Six or more years of professional experience or four or more years in consulting or investment banking is preferred.
- Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role would be great.
- Experience in technology, construction, engineering, or energy sectors is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Process Improvement Certifications (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) are a plus.
