About the role
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels (networking, cold calling, inbound leads, etc.)
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target companies
- Conduct thorough needs analysis and present our solution to potential clients
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing deals
- Collaborate with internal teams (Development, product, marketing) to ensure client satisfaction and successful implementation of solutions
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in cybersecurity and AI
- Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and market feedback to management
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to autonomously solve problems and suggest improvements to current processes
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity and AI technologies, and the ability to articulate their value to prospective clients
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Hubspot) and sales tools
