Contribute to the execution of QCP’s global marketing strategy by supporting initiatives aligned with business goals across regions and product lines.
Help maintain and elevate the QCP brand by ensuring consistency and quality across digital, content, PR, and event deliverables.
Take initiative in managing marketing campaigns from brief to execution, supporting institutional client acquisition, engagement, and retention efforts.
Assist in refining marketing processes and frameworks to better track campaign performance, ROI, and engagement across channels.
Work closely with sales, product, and senior team members to support go-to-market plans and help deliver thought leadership content.
Ensure all marketing outputs follow compliance guidelines and regulatory standards across relevant jurisdictions.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver integrated marketing activities across digital platforms, content, PR, and events.
Requirements
At least 5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or brand roles, ideally within finance, fintech, or B2B services.
Track record of supporting strategic marketing initiatives and delivering results through effective execution.
Hands-on experience managing digital campaigns, social media channels, and content production workflows.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
Comfortable working cross-functionally and contributing to collaborative projects with sales, product, or design teams.
Self-starter with a proactive mindset, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to take ownership of tasks from start to finish.
