About the role
- Ensure optimized and uninterrupted service delivery for QAD’s moderate, large, and enterprise cloud customers
- Act as a trusted advisor, build strong client relationships and anticipate customer needs
- Orchestrate collaboration across Cloud PMO, Global Support, Cloud Operations, and Services
- Conduct regular service reviews and maintain documentation on the Cloud Portal
- Provide guidance on compliance requirements and standard operating procedures
- Oversee Cloud project implementations and support project management activities to ensure successful Go-Lives
- Onboard customers on QAD Cloud and Standard Operating Procedures and drive customers to latest QAD versions
- Proactively monitor customer escalations and manage risks to achieve permanent resolution
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver resolutions and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Identify and mitigate risks or barriers impacting customer outcomes or business objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of related experience, or Master’s degree with 6+ years, or PhD with 3+ years, or equivalent relevant experience
- English: Bilingual/ conversational
- Preferred Certifications: PMP, ITIL, Cloud Foundation Certifications (AWS, Google, EXIN)
- Strong understanding of ERP lifecycle phases, including go-live support
- Proficient with Google Workspace and Smartsheets (or equivalent project management tools)
- Solid knowledge of cloud computing, compliance frameworks, and operational concepts
- Proven expertise in project implementation planning, project management, and operations management methodologies
- Full work authorization in Mexico; No visa sponsorship available
