About the role
- Lead AI/ML projects end-to-end, from concept through production
- Define project roadmaps, success metrics, and deliverables aligned with business needs
- Manage and mentor cross-functional teams (data engineers, ML engineers, designers)
- Collaborate with executives and business leaders to ensure adoption and measurable ROI (churn reduction, fraud prevention, revenue growth)
- Ensure compliance with governance, data security, and industry best practices
- Monitor AI/ML market trends and propose enhancements to solutions and processes
Requirements
- 10+ years in project/product management, including 5+ years delivering AI/ML projects
- Strong expertise in AI, Machine Learning, and MLOps
- Experience with Telco and/or Fintech industries (fraud detection, risk scoring, digital banking, telecom analytics)
- Skilled in Agile/Project Management; PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification preferred
- Proven ability to lead multi-country projects and manage stakeholders at C-level
- Proven experience managing cross-functional AI/ML teams (data engineers, ML engineers, designers)
- Excellent communication skills; able to translate technical concepts into business impact
- Fluent in English (French is a plus)
- Familiarity with cloud AI platforms (Azure ML, AWS Sagemaker, GCP Vertex AI) is a plus
