About the role
- Lead and execute cross-functional initiatives related to cloud, data, and AI, navigating ambiguity and driving results
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, and product management
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Collaborate with technical teams to define project scope, requirements, and technical architecture
- Facilitate technical discussions and decision-making processes
- Oversee the implementation of technical solutions, including data pipelines, machine learning models, and cloud infrastructure
- Analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions
- Identify opportunities to leverage technology to drive business value
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align on strategic goals and priorities
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise business terms
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations
- Adapt to changing priorities and embrace a culture of continuous improvement
- Encourage experimentation and learning from failures
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 10+ Years of experience working as a Project Manager
- 5+ Years of experience leading or working on Agile environments
- 3+ Years of experience working with GCP, AWS, or Azure
- 3+ Years of experience working with Data
- 2+ Years of experience leading the PMO or Project Managers
- 1+ Years of experience leading AI/ML projects
- Advanced English Level is required for this role, as you will work with US clients.
