💰 $90,000 - $130,000 per year
About the role
- Work directly with customers’ compliance and technical teams to implement QAD FTZ software
- Interact with newly acquired customers and assist in configuring QAD FTZ
- Perform technical integration tasks, including running test files
- Provide training and work with customers to develop process flows and procedures for unique FTZ processing needs
- Collaborate closely with customers’ compliance teams, operational teams, FTZ consultants, and QAD project managers and technical engineers
- Deliver professional services for implementation in large manufacturing and distribution companies across a variety of industries
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience implementing or administering FTZs
- First-hand understanding of foreign-trade zone operations and related processes
- Ability to work on multiple projects at once and deliver on-time results
- Have a working knowledge of logistics activities, including import activities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and capable of working as part of a team, or alone, with little supervision
- In-depth experience using spreadsheets and Microsoft Word or Google Docs
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Must reside in the United States or a U.S. territory
- Experience implementing FTZ systems (desired)
- Understanding of flat files and ability to validate relevant data (desired)
- Experience operating FTZ systems (desired)
- Experience with Import, ABI, or other import compliance systems (desired)
- Experience participating in the implementation of FTZ software or other import compliance systems (desired)
- Experience implementing, data-mapping, and integrating is a plus (desired)
