About the role
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of import/export documentation, including customs declarations, invoices, and bills of lading
- Monitor and report on trade activities to maintain compliance with international regulations
- Support duty drawback and value reconciliation programs
- Conduct intercompany audits to identify and resolve compliance gaps
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align on trade requirements
- Stay ahead of regulatory changes and help implement updates across the organization
- Contribute to the development of trade policies and procedures
- Provide timely support on trade compliance topics
- Participate in strategic projects such as CTPAT, FTZ, and in-bond warehouse operations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of experience in trade compliance or international logistics
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience with SAP and advanced Excel skills
- Ability to handle confidential information and make sound decisions
- Working knowledge of U.S. Customs regulations and practical application
