About the role
- Provide professional services to customers for the implementation of QAD's FTZ software
- Configure QAD FTZ software to meet customers' unique needs
- Facilitate technical integrations and run critical test files
- Develop and deliver customized training for customers
- Help customers create efficient process flows and procedures for FTZ operations
- Partner with customer FTZ consultants and QAD project managers and technical engineers to ensure successful implementations
- Work directly with customers' compliance and technical teams
- Remote work from anywhere in the United States or a U.S. Territory
Requirements
- 3-4+ years of hands-on experience implementing FTZs
- first-hand understanding of FTZ operations and related processes
- working knowledge of logistics activities, including import activities
- Experience implementing FTZ systems (desired, not required)
- Understanding of flat-files and ability to validate relevant data
- Any experience with Import, ABI, or other import compliance systems is a plus
- Experience participating in the implementation of FTZ software or other import compliance system
- Experience implementing, data-mapping, integrating is a plus
- In-depth experience with spreadsheets and Microsoft Word or Google Docs
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Must reside in the United States or a U.S. territory (work authorization implied)
