About the role

  • Building and managing a team of Solution Testers and Test Engineers
  • Planning and overseeing manual and automated testing efforts for Enterprise and Site level implementations
  • Creating testing deliverables throughout the program lifecycle
  • Identifying and coordinating resources needed to accomplish testing tasks
  • Identifying and mitigating risks through all phases of the program
  • Maintaining and publishing testing metrics and artifacts both internally and to the customer
  • Architecting, developing, documenting, and maintaining an automated testing strategy in the Master Test Plan
  • Partnering with GDIT Leadership as well as IHS and Oracle Health associates to help coordinate, manage, and drive testing efforts
  • Supporting Indian Health Service (IHS) Electronic Health Record Modernization Program (PATH) rollout

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 8+ years of experience in Healthcare IT application testing
  • Experience leading and managing QA Teams
  • Knowledge of Oracle Health’s EHR suite
  • Knowledge of eggplant automation software
  • Experience developing and managing complex automated testing suites
  • Ability to obtain and maintain an in-depth Public Trust Level 5 (SSBI)
  • Experience with Application Testing, Automated Testing, Oracle Health, Quality Assurance (QA)
  • US Citizenship Required: No
