About the role
- Tester for CNIC G2 SharePoint applications; lead testing efforts for system upgrades and enhancements
- Create and execute manual test cases, log and track defects, and create reports
- Participate in meetings and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Support release activities by performing read-only testing in production environments and smoke testing in lower environments
- Perform QA/PROD deployments and troubleshoot Tier II/III tickets impacting platform availability
- Work within an Agile team; position pending contract award
Requirements
- Active Top Secret clearance required (Secret with completed T5 investigation acceptable)
- US Citizenship required
- 6+ years of Testing experience in a SharePoint environment
- Skills: Application Testing, Manual Testing, Production Deployments, SharePoint Integration
- Education: BS Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or IT related degree
- Experience troubleshooting Tier II/III tickets impacting platform availability
- Ability to support release activities and perform read-only testing in production and smoke testing in lower environments
- Experience working within an Agile team
