About the role
- Process and manage Accounts Receivable/Payable transactions in accordance with company standards.
- Perform cash application and posting through accurate data entry.
- Review and analyze requests, transactions, and source documents for compliance and accuracy.
- Track and document payments and client information, generating required reports as needed.
- Participate in regular internal and external calibration sessions to maintain process consistency.
- Perform additional related duties as assigned within the center.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months in Accounts Receivable/Payable or traditional accounting.
- Strong accounting knowledge and understanding of financial processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Typing speed of 40-50 WPM.
- High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Willingness to work any shift, including holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed.
- Ability to adapt to dynamic work requirements and collaborate effectively within a team.
