Lead and ensure successful engagement delivery on allocated accounts, delivering client commitments within time and budget
Define, plan, track and manage end-to-end projects for the team
Manage cross-team / cross-SBU discussions and ensure stakeholder alignment
Prepare for steerco meetings; identify key insights, challenges, risks and mitigants
Keep stakeholders updated on progress and drive decisions to move engagements forward
Manage multiple stakeholders including functional leaders, business leaders and core project teams
Escalation and risk mitigation: arbitrate and resolve conflicts, establish contingency plans and initiate corrective actions
People management: mentor and develop team members, contribute to hiring and retention
Support business development activities alongside account and sector leaders to pursue client opportunities
Provide guidance on technology and data analytics to create a connected, agile supply chain and maximize SAP investment
Deliver system integration and implementation services across SAP applications, focusing on sales, finance, supply chain, engineering and human capital
Requirements
8-15 years of experience (Years of experience required: 8-15 years)
Bachelor of Engineering (BE) or Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) (Education qualification: BE/B.Tech)
MBA/advanced degree preferred
Experience in functional domains: strategy, operations, transformation, business research, and/or consulting
Project management experience; defining, planning, tracking and managing end-to-end projects
Strong analytical bent of mind and structured problem solving approach
Strong customer-centric approach
Relationship Management and stakeholder management skills
Escalation & risk mitigation experience; ability to analyze risk and instigate avoidance activities
People management: mentoring, retaining, attracting, and developing talent
Business development experience; collaborate with account and sector leaders to pursue client opportunities
Proficient in Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint; data crunching/analytics
Strong executive presence; excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-driven, motivated, ability to learn quickly, multitask and adapt to shifting priorities and stringent deadlines
Mandatory skill sets: Aerospace, Defence, Space
Preferred: Experience working with Indian Government Agencies (Department of Space, ISRO, Ministry of Defence, DPSUs)
History of strong academic performance (preferably top tier engineering and business schools)
