Member of the Ig Business Leadership Team, liaising with sales, account management, marketing and cross-functional teams to drive performance and value for the Ig business and Pfizer
Support launch excellence activities and consult on business processes (Op plan resource prioritization, forecasting) with marketing, sales, account management, medical and others
Provide strategic, financial and project management capabilities with excellent communication and presentation abilities
Work closely with Ig Business Lead and RBMs to ensure sales and GTM strategies and tactical plans are aligned and executed
Manage field-force optimization activities and priorities including sales metrics and reporting, Fast Start meetings, POA meetings, onboarding, training, compliance, Incentive Compensation (IC) and communications
Identify, innovate, implement and sustain culture initiatives and capabilities deployment in partnership with Ig Business Lead, RBMs and PX
Act as day-to-day liaison for the sales teams with a long-term focus on leveraging field sales impact
Partner with and lead and facilitate updates on key initiatives/project plans to Ig Leadership Team and provide regular stakeholder updates
Liaise with Legal, Compliance and Governance on processes and issues related to pull-through initiatives with customers, GPOs and regional payers
Perform proactive analytics to uncover actionable insights that drive business performance and strategic decision-making
Formulate strategic account and customer prioritization plans in partnership with sales and account management leaders
Support development and implementation of AI and ML capabilities for Ig and lead periodic KPI reviews to Ig Leadership Team
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required (MBA a plus)
8+ years’ experience in US pharmaceutical sales and/or portfolio strategy and/or commercial excellence roles
5+ years’ experience in data analytics and trend optimization
Excellent analytic and strategic thinking skills including ability to frame problems and opportunities using data
Demonstrated self-starter; proactively identify analyses and marshal resources to resolve strategic issues
Executive presence and ability to influence and establish working relationships across leader levels
Excellent communication skills (oral and written, PowerPoint, meeting facilitation of different sizes)
Strong project and time management and organizational skills
Discretion and trustworthiness in dealing with confidential information
Prior experience and understanding nuances in Ig / SIP space preferred
Demonstrated proficiency at leading complex projects and managing cross-functional teams
Familiarity with strategic and operating planning processes
Takes accountability and meets deadlines
Permanent work authorization in the United States required
