About the role
- Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmaps aligned with company goals
- Use industry trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to guide product direction
- Manage full product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization
- Prioritize features and initiatives to deliver customer value and business impact
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams
- Mentor and support stakeholders across functions to drive product alignment
- Translate customer needs into product features and partner with design for user-centered UX
- Manage multiple projects and deliver in Agile/Scrum environments
- Troubleshoot, resolve issues, and adapt quickly during product development
- Communicate product strategies, roadmaps, and updates to executives, technical teams, and customers
- Ensure product decisions support overall business strategy, revenue goals, and profitability
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of experience in product management
- Proven success managing the end-to-end product lifecycle
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
- Ability to bridge product strategy with marketing execution
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
- Strategic mindset with focus on customer experience and business impact
- Willingness to travel roughly once a month to Gliwice, Poland
- Ideally deep B2B knowledge and SAP experience
- Nice to have: agentic experience and familiarity with modern AI-driven applications
- Based in Germany or Poland (role open to candidates based in Germany or Poland)
