- Provide insurance risk management advisory and merger and acquisition due diligence services
- Lead large projects, innovate processes, and maintain operational excellence
- Analyze financial information focusing on quality of earnings, assets, and cash flows
- Identify and address client needs, participate in client discussions and meetings
- Engage with clients at a senior level to drive project success and business development
- Manage and coach teams, model professional and technical standards, and deliver high-quality results
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 7 years experience
- Insurance industry credential such as ARM, licensed broker, or CPCU
- Experience providing insurance risk management advisory
- Knowledge of insurance-related accounting areas such as US GAAP
- Supervising teams and coaching staff, providing timely meaningful feedback
- Knowledge of property, casualty, and management liability coverages
- Experience in business development and participating in client discussions
- Experience managing engagements and preparing concise, accurate documents
- Ability to travel up to 60%
