About the role
- Oversee and implement quality management processes for consulting deliverables
- Analyze data sources to support Delivery Excellence process improvements
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance service delivery
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with quality standards
- Maintain records and reports related to quality management and service delivery
- Contribute to enhancing staff experience on client engagements by designing engagement processes
- Create presentations, training materials, job aids, and other deliverables to upskill organization
- Work with 50+ leaders across Consulting practice to improve delivery processes
- Report on Consulting sales and delivery KPIs and performance
- Manage and report on platforms, tools, and methods
Requirements
- Hands-on experience managing projects / programs
- Experience consulting and working directly with clients
- Demonstrated experience in contract management
- Demonstrated success with product and technology delivery in the consulting space
- Experience using project delivery platforms (Jira, AzureDevOps), Agile, AI
- Experience improving project outcomes and establishing quality controls and governance
- Skills building performance reporting (data models, data analysis, Power BI)
- Experience developing and communicating role expectations, playbooks
- Experience reviewing and improving Learning and Development content
- Experience building a community of delivery coaches
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- When applying to a Quebec based opportunity, fluency in French is required; outside Quebec, French is an asset
