About the role

Own the Procurement Digitalization roadmap: design and execute enterprise-aligned strategy and drive change management
Lead AI integration: benchmark and implement AI solutions that automate processes and enhance sourcing outcomes
Advance analytics & reporting: build dashboards, spend models, self-serve insights and KPI frameworks
Govern the Procurement Data Lake: ensure data integrity, accessibility, and usability; prioritize data products
Global process owner for Coupa eSourcing: drive adoption, maturity, auctions, scenario modelling, multi-round RFQs
Operational excellence: standardize processes, improve data quality, manage monthly reporting cycles and continuous improvement
Act as global change agent and thought partner to category leaders and executives
Designed as a fully remote position providing flexibility across Europe; encourage applicants in France, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Poland, Romania, Hungary

10 years experience in strategic procurement, procurement transformation, or procurement technology
Proven track record leading digital and/or AI-enabled program delivery with measurable business impact
Deep knowledge of procurement processes and tools; Coupa eSourcing or ScanMarket experience highly desirable
Proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
Inclusive leadership and collaboration skills; strong problem-solving and analytical mindset
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with ability to influence senior leadership
Fluency in English; additional languages (French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, or Polish) a plus
Hands-on AI/Machine Learning implementation experience (nice to have)
Change management credentials and experience scaling digital capabilities (nice to have)
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or related field; Master’s/MBA preferred
