About the role
- Join our contract management consulting team, renowned for the quality of its engagements and its knowledge leadership.
- Your role is to take part in delivering Contract/Claim management engagements for large international groups and in developing our service offering:
- Provide operational support for major industrial contracts (engineering, construction) and IT contracts (integration, outsourcing) at all maturity stages (including claims, renegotiation and pre‑litigation).
- Contribute to transformation initiatives and the development of Contract Management practices: maturity assessments, definition of Contract Management strategies, transformation roadmaps, selection of tools (Contract Lifecycle Management), development of frameworks/standards, digitalization / AI / blockchain, etc.
- Define contractual and negotiation strategies
- Prevent and manage risks on major projects
- Prepare claims and quantify damages
- Implement contract management organizations and governance
- Support mediation and conciliation phases
Requirements
- You have consulting experience.
- You have 1–3 years of prior experience managing client or supplier contracts in the industrial or IT sector.
- Your strengths include an entrepreneurial mindset, strong analytical skills, curiosity, organizational ability and interpersonal skills.
- You have an excellent level of English.
