About the role

  • Two-year rotation programme across PwC Management Consulting - Operations practice (Plan, Source, Make, Deliver)
  • Work with clients to (re)define vision and strategy for supply chain
  • Digitize and transform end-to-end supply chain, leveraging technologies including AI
  • Projects on S&OP planning, production and distribution network optimisation, sustainable sourcing
  • Use PwC best practices and benchmarks to identify process, organization and cost improvements
  • Design processes, organizations and operating models with client resources
  • Develop change management approaches and implement sustained results
  • Work on large transformation projects for global clients
  • Develop sustainable value chains considering resilience, regulations, and green deal

Requirements

  • Master's degree or recent graduate degree
  • Analytical mind and creativity
  • Enthusiastic about new technologies and supply chain developments
  • Proactive, client-oriented mindset
  • Ability to transform challenges into opportunities
  • Teamwork and ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn
  • Fluency in English and either Dutch or French; working knowledge of the other
