Lead Aura's Core Consumer Security portfolio, defining product vision and strategy
Own the product lifecycle from concept to launch: prototype, validate, iterate
Identify customer friction and design solutions that drive protection and delight
Leverage AI and LLMs to create guided, automated safety experiences
Define success metrics, measure results, and adapt based on evidence
Lead cross-functional teams (design, engineering, marketing, customer-facing) to deliver value
Balance customer delight with commercial outcomes to drive measurable business impact

5+ years in product management with at least 2 years owning end-to-end product outcomes in a SaaS business, ideally in security, privacy, or adjacent consumer technology
Execution mindset: prototyping, validating, and shipping
Strategic thinking: portfolio-level decisions, build vs. buy/partner trade-offs
Curiosity & insight: uncovering hidden friction and challenging assumptions
Technical fluency: familiarity with security technologies, threat modeling, or applied AI is a plus
Data-driven approach: defining, measuring, and acting on KPIs tied to business impact
Collaboration skills: lead cross-functional teams and communicate across technical and non-technical audiences
Must be willing to work hours that maximize overlap with Europe
