Requirements
- Proven track record of success in Fed Civ sales
- In-depth knowledge of the Fed Civ procurement process
- Experience with RFIs, RFPs, and contract negotiations
- Knowledge of working with Federal system integrators
- Ability to sell company's story and storage solutions
- Authenticity and desire to engage customers
- Ability to apply customer insights to technology solutions
- Proven prospecting skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to assess, plan, and manage territory
- Expertise leading complex sales processes
- Experience outside of traditional storage for past 5 years
- Consistent track record of exceeding quota
- Passionate about post-sales customer success
