About the role
- Lead a team of contracting specialists
- Draft, negotiate, and help operationalize clinician employment and services agreements
- Act as the primary point of contact for regional executives
- Identify, escalate, and operationalize necessary improvements to contract templates and governance documents
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
- 5 years experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal language in a fast-paced environment.
- 4 years experience in a leadership role, with or without direct reports.
