About the role
- Lead the development and implementation of continuous improvement strategies across eCommerce fulfillment and warehouse operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process optimization utilizing Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies
- Partner with IT and warehouse teams to optimize WMS software, ensuring seamless integration and maximum efficiency
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, troubleshoot issues, and develop action plans to improve KPIs
- Drive change management initiatives and promote a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization
- Develop and deliver training programs to upskill team members on best practices and new systems
- Monitor and report progress on improvement initiatives, ensuring measurable outcomes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in continuous improvement roles within eCommerce or logistics operations
- 3 years of experience successfully managing direct reports
