About the role
- Leads a team of contracting specialists who draft, negotiate, and help operationalize clinician employment and services agreements.
- Serves as primary point of contact and subject matter expert for regional executives negotiating agreements.
- Identifies, escalates, and operationalizes necessary improvements to contract templates, workflows, and governance documents.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
- 5 years experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal language in a fast-paced environment.
- 4 years experience in a leadership role, with or without direct reports.
- Master's Degree in a related field, or Juris Doctorate Degree preferred
- 5 years experience in a healthcare setting with responsibility for regulatory compliance preferred.
