Report to the Director, Network Services and manage, coordinate, and provide leadership to a wide variety of projects for Affiliate Operations
Supervise projects and departmental activities to help align Heritage's goals through the engagement of staff and physicians in support of the mission, vision and values, strategic plan and priorities
Collaborate with other St. Joseph Heritage Healthcare managers to update on activities and collaborate on system-wide initiatives
Support moderately complex administrative and operational support activities
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent education/experience
High School Diploma/GED plus 4 years relevant experience and appropriate certifications (alternative to Bachelor's)
3 years of Project management experience
Driving may be necessary as part of this role; caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving and provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification (preferred upon hire)
Experience with procedures/policies/regulations in a specific functional area (preferred)
