💰 $51 - $80 per hour
About the role
- Manage 2 long-term care units and serve as part of the leadership team
- Have responsibility, authority and 24-hour accountability for management of residents/patients and all employees assigned to units
- Mentor, teach and follow up with staff to validate care processes are being followed
- Do not participate in admissions or care conferences
- Provide leadership to support adequate staffing and exemplary patient care
- Work in supportive, compassionate environment focused on whole-person care
Requirements
- Education sufficient for licensure
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
- 5 years in a leadership and management role in Nursing.
- 2 years in Long Term care setting including end of life care.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing. (Preferred)
- 1 year of experience with palliative care programs (Preferred)
