About the role
- Assess needs and provide Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) services and direct treatment in consultation with the Occupational Therapist.
- Function as a member of the Interdisciplinary Team.
- Responsible for home care coordination, including clinic work and home visits.
- Collaborate with team to empower elders to live active, independent lives in the community.
- Document care, coordinate with providers, and support restorative and longitudinal care goals.
Requirements
- Graduate of a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
- Oregon Occupational Therapist Assistant License upon hire.
- Preferred: 1 year - Experience in the area of Occupational Therapy as a COTA.
